Use these tools at your own risk. I have taken reasonable care to ensure that these utilities work as described and are free of viruses, trojans and other undesirable elements. If I missed something, it is not my fault. If you do not agree with this, don't download or use my software.

You may not alter them in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, removal of copyright notices. If you do not agree with this, don't download or use my software.

These tools are free for personal and non commercial use. By this I mean you can use them for your own needs. You can give them unaltered to friends, but may not sell them or charge any fees for them. Bundling them as part of a freeware/shareware CD that you are charging for is considered commercial use. Bundling them as part of a commercial application that you are charging for is considered commercial use. Basically if you are making money off of them, in any way, this is considered commercial use. If you do not agree with this, don't download or use my software.

All commercial use requires a written license agreement from FJH Consulting in advance. I think this is only reasonable. I have been very reasonable about licensing when asked in advance, and very unreasonable when I have discovered someone trying to violate my copyright.
